He is either a pathological liar or has dementia.

Which one is it? The American people deserve to know.

Because this buffoon lies to us almost every day. He tells all these great stories so that he considers himself “related” to every crowd he scolds and mutters.

And that’s exactly what Joe did in his early days – he always found a way to “connect” with his audience.

But now, he is doing this insane lie which is so easy to verify.

So, she is either doing it because she is pathological and unable to stop herself, or because her brain is so deranged with dementia that she has no control, lives in a land of imagination, and can’t remember anything properly.

This time, Joe wants everyone to believe that he has been “assigned” to the Naval Academy.

The New York Post reports that Biden told midshipmen graduating from the Naval Academy on Friday that he had applied to the school in 1965 – but a quick examination of his biography reveals problems with the story.

Biden said he applied to Annapolis with a letter from the then Delaware Sen. J. Caleb Boggs, but he graduated from the University of Delaware in the year he mentioned – 1965. The academy does not offer bachelor’s degrees.

“I was told ’72 class here. I was appointed to the academy in 1965 by a senator against whom I was running in 1972 – never planned that way. I was not old enough to take the oath. I was only 29 when I ran, “said Biden.

“He was a good man at heart. His name is J. Caleb Boggs, ”the president went on. “I did not come to the academy because I wanted to be a football star. And there was a man by your name [Roger] Stabach and [Joe] Bellino here.

It is unknown at this time what he will do after leaving the post. There is no mention of the Naval Academy in Biden’s 2008 autobiography “Promise to Keep”.

Also, Biden graduated from the University of Delaware in 1965, which would make the story of his navy impossible.
